The service
Citizenship Lab is an educational tool for citizenship and immigration exam preparation. Content is for study purposes only and is NOT legal advice. Always verify with official government sources. Citizenship Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government or government agency.
Accuracy
We strive to keep questions and guides up to date with official exam materials, but we cannot guarantee zero errors or that current government policies are reflected immediately. Use at your own risk.
Acceptable use
- Personal study only.
- No automated scraping, redistribution, or resale of content.
- No reverse engineering or interfering with the service.
Advertising
The website shows ads served by Google AdSense. The iOS and Android apps show no ads. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Intellectual property
Original content (questions written by us, guides, UI) is owned by Citizenship Lab. Government source materials remain property of the respective authorities; we use them under fair use / educational exception.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for exam failures, visa decisions, or any other outcomes from using this app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to courts in Seoul.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
